Master the ingenious body feint and leave defenders in the dust with these 5 easy-to-do exercises. Description below -
3 to 5 sets of the below circuit with a 3 min rest period in between
1. Body feint mechanics (45 secs)
2. Outside foot body feint (45 secs)
3. Inside foot body feint (45 secs)
4. Inside stepover (45 secs)
5. Fake shot (45 secs)
