Wrestling Bios Presents - The Story of Steve Blackman in the WWF
When in came to the Attitude Era, the general rule was to be over-the-top, turn the volume up to 11, and you’d get popular. The formula worked for many superstars, but Steve Blackman went in a totally different route. Not being well versed on the mic meant Steve had to prove himself in the ring, and seeing how Steve managed to remain in the WWE during the entire Attitude Era, we can definitely say that he was good enough in the ring.
From his debut in the WWF in 1997, his tag team with Ken Shamrock, his heel turn that saw him battle Shamrock in a range of different match types, to his partnership with Al Snow and the “Head Cheese“ faction, Steve Blackman may not have been in the main events but he was consistent and fun to watch in the ring. Considered as one of the toughest men in wrestling, Steve Blackman’s story gets told in this mini documentary from Wrestling Bios.
