Victims of B.C. Hydro explosion want compensation

Some of the people impacted by the B.C. Hydro electrical explosion last February say they want compensation. Two people were injured by the blast, which also caused significant property damage. The utility company has admitted it knew about the risks seven years ago, but failed to act.
