Played by Andreas Zappe Single Manual Harpsichord after Couchet / Ruckers 1679, Smithsonian Institution, Washington Dc., built by Titus Crijnen, Holland, 1999, a = 415 Hz. There are only two sets of strings, one at 8’ and one at 4’, and the two rows of 8’ jacks can pluck the same string. In this recording a buff stop is used.
