After hearing many times from the Starlings that cyber jazz reminds them of Persona 5, and being a fan of the game and its soundtrack myself, I decided to release my own cover of “Beneath the Mask“. I especially adore this song because it speaks to me personally of the heavy burden of carrying your darkest secrets, and the great emptiness some of us hide under even greater bravado.
