Dizzy Dutch Duck is the major force on the rapidly evolving Russia’s contemporary jazz scene. The band founded and headed by the trombonist and arranger Anton Boyarskikh skillfully blends jazz, hip-hop, funk, latin and breakbit into a unique musical dialect, which utilizes polyrythmic structures and sophisticated improvisations. Top Soul Sessions is a series of music videos captured at TOP HOPS bar in St. Petersburg featuring resident bands and djs performing soul, jazz, reggae and hip-hop music. The music videos presented on this channel are created by a group of enthusiasts investing their own efforts and funds into this project. We shoot, we record, we produce, we rent additional video, audio and lighting equipment, we support local artists and djs.
