110 Hurdles - Technique Day via the Ups and Downs

Tuesday, September 20, 2011 - The hurdler in me took my staying fit workout over the hurdles. I did the ups and downs workout with a twist. 10 total hurdles: set up 6 up at 39 inches, 19 feet apart for a quick 3-step rhythm and 4 down at 42 inches, set on normal mark (30 feet apart) for the basic 5-step rhythm. Total workout only covered 80 hurdles when the norm would be around 100. 8 x ups and downs with decent recovery. 3-4 minutes to keep a focus on technique more so then endurance.
