Oginski - Polonaise Farewell to My Homeland (Pożegnanie Ojczyzny)

Oginski was a Polish diplomat and politician as well as a composer. And he is well known for this polonaise he wrote in 1794 after his immigration to West Europe. Melody in this polonaise is lyric, romantic and in some places even festive, it’s easy to distinguish where one part is finishing and another one beginning which makes it quite diverse for such a short composition.
