“Pigs (Three Different Ones)“ Recreated

My project this summer was a faithful recreation of this song from Pink Floyd’s awesome 1977 album “Animals.“ Years ago I similarly re-recorded “Dogs“ (on 8-track tape!) — this time I wanted to do a full video treatment. Gear: Atlansia Stealth bass, recorded direct Ibanez Roadstar II guitar (effects: Line 6 POD, AmpliTube, Electro-Harmonix Small Stone phaser) “Talk box“ effect is an old Walkman earpiece wrapped in plastic and pumped with a loud signal from the POD Roland V-Drums Univox Maxikorg analog synth SampleTank organ & piano sounds Shure SM-58 & SM-57 dynamic mics (the latter inside a toilet-paper tube) Yamaha SPX90 reverb, circa 1986 Assorted Pro Tools delay, compressor & limiter plug-ins
