Longcycle 30+30kg. 60reps New PB!!!!

Very very hard set. The big puddle of water you see in the background is boiling water, I had to use to defrost my bells. So cold today, the bells where colder then the concrete they sit on. Couldnt feel my feet or hands. By the fourth minute had to use hook grip and I was muscling up the bells way too much. Grip wanted to fail, but hit my goal. Ugly cleans, it was a pleasure to jerk. 60reps @ .
