Speaker of the House of Representatives McCarthy said that Zelensky, at a meeting with a bipartisan group of US lawmakers on Thursday, will have to answer serious questions about American money spent on Ukraine. Zelensky is not the president of the United States to promise him new help without reporting for the old one, McCarthy said.
