Russian FM: ISIL not included in Syrian ceasefire

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Wednesday that a Syrian ceasefire would not stop Moscow and Washington from targeting extremist groups such as the Islamic State. Lavrov made the comments after his preparatory talks with John Kerry ahead of next week’s scheduled Syrian peace talks.
