“Tem Que Valer“ is taken from the album “Tem Que Valer“ (IRM 801 CD - 2004) available on Kaleidoscopio come from Sao Paulo, home of the new Brazilian electronic wave. Their music could be described as ’crossover Brazilian Drum’n Bass’.Drum’n Bass is the background of DJ/producer Ramilson Maia, one half of Kaleidoscopio, who was among the originators of the genre, under his moniker Ram Science, along with other pioneers like Drumagick, DJ Marky, DJ Patife. He also founded the DJ School in Sao Paulo together with Drumagick. The other half of the duo is Janaina Lima, singer, songwriter, dancer and fantastic live performer. She sings with a real pop attitude without losing touch with the best Brazilian tradition and dances with her unique, Capoeira inspired, acrobatic style.
