Traditional Balkan Burek made By my Husband
Ingredients:
•Dough
- 300g flour
- 200g water
- 10g salt
- oil
Kneed well and divide in 3, put them in containers with some oil and rest for 1 hour. Lay on the counter, stretch slightly and cover with a thin layer of oil again and leave for 15 minutes. Then stretch from the middle, it will be quite stretchy, be gentle as the dough can come apart.
Cheese filling
-feta sour cream/cottage Cheese
