Korean Hot Street Food Piang-se (Pigodi)

Piang-se Ingredients * 500 gr minced meat * 300g cabbage (kimchi) * 1 onion * 600 grams of flour * 400 ml of water * 4 tbsp. of oil * Salt and sugar 1 tsp. each. * 10 grams of yeast * Pepper to taste Preparing the ingredients - Mix yeast, salt, sugar and oil thoroughly. - Add flour and water alternately and knead thoroughly. - Cover the dough with a lid and leave it to rise for an hour. - Chop meat and onion into small pieces, mix, salt and pepper. - Chop cabbage finely and squeeze with hands Preparation - Roll out the dough into thick tortillas with a diameter of 10-12 cm. - Add meat stuffing with cabbage and onions. - Seal and steam for 20 minutes. - Enjoy!
