Low impact BALLET LEGS workout with MARIINSKY ballerina Maria Khoreva
I think this workout is a perfect definition of “roll out of bed and work out with me“. Today we’re doing low impact legs and this routine was perfect for me when I was injured and could not put any pressure on my ankles. Most of the exercises are knee-friendly as well although be careful while standing on all fours if you have any knee problems! The workout is pretty easy but my legs and core felt really toned after ten minutes of work.
