Armed Man Gets Shot by Officers at Pikesville Gas Station

* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Pikesville, Maryland — On January 9, 2024, at approximately 11:25 a.m., officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to a 911 call for a report of a domestic disturbance involving a suspect armed with a gun at a location in the 400 block of Reisterstown Road in Pikesville. The Suspect was identified as 29-year-old Sha-Kim Akil Webley of Windsor Mill, Maryland. Once on scene, officers learned Webley had left the building on foot. Officers began canvassing the area and located Webley in the 500 block of Reisterstown Road inside a gas station store. Officers entered the business and located Webley inside the store. Webley was seen with a gun in his hands, which he pointed at officers. The officers retreated from the business, set up a perimeter, and declared a barricade.
