Inverse Kinematics in VR: How to Use Unity to Control Your Arms and Hands

Inverse Kinematics really creates the immersion necessary for a VR game. Having IK that can simulate accurate elbows and arms is incredibly useful. Unity provides us with all these tools! Hey guys! I’ve wanted to make an Inverse Kinematics video for a while now. I know there are already a few good ones by Brackeys and Valem, but I decided to put my own spin on it and add realistic physics to the hands as well! In this video, we’ll use OpenXR and the new 1.0 XR Interaction Toolkit to simulate a natural upper body using IK. This will bring the immersion in your games to the next level! 💻 Download the Project (for FREE) 📺 Watch Next: How to Become a VR Developer 🥽 Make a VR Game in this FREE Tutorial Series (includes Asset Download) 🎓 Become a VR Dev by Enrolling in the VR Creator Academy https://
