’Black Noise’ was recorded by Mondo Bando at Rain Recording Studio Seattle, Washington in early 1976. Mondo Bando may be the earliest documented Heavy Metal Band in the Seattle, Washington area. Members were: Electra Blue vocals, Mark Maye Guitar, Carl Joseph Seltice Bass and Gary Hermann Drums. Black Noise was recorded in one take and later broadcast on the Homegrown KILO radio show.
