Various shots of a chimpanzee called Joe; he sits in a chair and makes chimp noises, then staggers about outside on roller-skates, wearing dungarees. He sits on a chair, wearing a hat and holding a cane; a man talks to him and Joe counts his fingers and holds his nose when the man asks what he does if he sees a skunk. Joe takes off his sock, sniffs his shoe and holds his nose. Then we see Joe riding about on a bicycle - he nearly rides into a light tripod and runs off, looking distressed.
