A sailor in bell bottoms does a great dance, twenties style, complete with broad grin, flapper arm movements, and he raises his hat too. A line of sailors leap up in a line from hiding behind a curtain. Some have funny glasses, others have paper trumpets which they blow high and blow low. C/U faces with glasses. One man’s hat has ’ . Repulse’ on it. More shots of the sailors playing the paper trumpets or megaphones. M/S crazy football game, and a cup presented. C/U hats waved in the air.
