Full title reads: “A GOOD PENNY TURNS UP“. Location unknown, England? Various shots of Leading Seaman Penny who escaped from a prison camp near Rome and went to the Vatican City for refuge. Penny being interviewed (natural sound). In the interview he says how glad he is to be back with his wife again.
