A Dancing Prodigy (1930)

Titles read: “A Dancing Prodigy - Baby Pearl Levey, hardly 2 1/2 years old, but born with the spirit of dance in her tiny feet.“ London (probably Pathe Studio). M/S of toddler Pearl Levey standing next to a crouching man. He asks her “Do you love dancing?“ and she says something I can’t make out, but I think it means yes. Various shots then show Pearl doing a little dance in the studio. A circle has been marked out on the floor, but she often dances outside it (not always in camera range!) - it is quite funny! At the end of the number she runs off, towards the camera. (Followed by Pathetone end titles.) FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
