In presence of president Cosgrave - solemnly blesses new Garrison Church.“ Dublin, Ireland M/S as the archbishop inspects the guard of honour, along with officers. The soldiers shoulder arms with fixed bayonets. The bishop speaks to an officer and takes off his hat. He is greeted by a man at the church entrance, and one man kisses his hand, watched by other churchmen. The bishop walks along side of church, wearing mitre and gown, flanked by other churchmen.
