Various shots of stores and dumps set alight by fleeing Italians. Various shots of abandoned town of Tobruk, Italian naval officers stand outside buildings waiting to surrender to Allied troops. Various shots of groups of well-dressed Italian ex-pat women holding bundles of belongings (they look reasonably happy).
