Full title reads: “Move your road sir?“ New methods of road construction New Jersey, United States of America (USA). Various M/Ss of workmen fitting a rubber hose into a narrow channel drilled into road. C/U of the hose being filled with compressed air, widening the channel (or seam). M/S of chicken pecking at roadside (narrator makes lame joke about chicken having bit of problem crossing this road). M/S of metal braces stretching across road - they hold up wooden blocks which are to be inserted into the widened gap. C/U of wooden block.
