Full title reads: “THE FLENSBURG FIASCO“. Flensburg, Germany. Members of the Doenitz puppet Government leaving a house with their hands behind their heads - they are arrested by Allies. Various shots of the members of the Government being lined up with soldiers pointing rifles at them.
