Full titles read: “And now ’Pathetone Weekly’ presents THE TWO RASCALS - in a song and a joke or two.“ M/S’s of one half of the comedy duet singing a song called ’Meyer What a Liar.’ He is accompanied by the other ’Rascal’ on the piano. After they have finished the song they tell several jokes. British Pathe has been informed that this is Sammy Wilson, stage name Chick Wills, who was the front man of the Two Rascals.
