Chen Tai Chi Double Broadsword is one of the classic double-weapon routines. It trains hand-eye coordination with the body, with Chen Tai Chi’s spiraling energy flow through stepping and sweeping sword motions. This form is excellent at developing body condition for self-defense and general endurance. The philosophy of yin and yang is always present: one sword attacks while the other guards and protects. This routine is taught by my Shifu GM Chen Zhenglei.
