Judgment at Nuremberg 1961 - Holocaust Tapes Scene HD (Explicit)

American Colonel Tad Lawson (Richard Widmark) testifies about the atrocities of the Nazi concentration camps by showing archival films of the Holocaust. The unusual thing about the scene comes in that, although the character is invented, the images shown in the trial are totally real and without manipulation. For an epic film from 1961, showing such images was surprising and risky. Directed by Stanley Kramer and starring Spencer Tracy, the film was nominated for twelve Academy Awards, including accolades for brief performances by Montgomery Clift and Judy Garland, who had her first role here after almost a decade of inactivity.
