Karli Workout

Here’s a unique workout Karli did today (she went really heavy the other day so I tried to get creative and not create too much stress). Her knees came in on the last three reps of the Zerchers but I wasn’t too concerned as her form was good on earlier sets. We could have gone heavier on the deads but I wasn’t trying to push her too hard.
