NEW Workout Program!

Here is a complete back and shoulder workout that I have been doing the last few weeks! I love training these two muscle groups together and it is literally my favorite training day! This workout is a combination of strength training and muscle building (hypertrophy). Get ready to push yourself with this workout and work on getting you a sculpted back and some defined shoulders!
