Hey guys!!
Here is an intense, high volume, full lower body workout! This leg day has got it all covered! The glutes, quads, and hamstrings are going to be pumped after you do this. This workout is a perfect combination to ensure your entire lower body gets worked evenly and effectively!
Some days I just want to go in the gym, smash an awesome workout, get sweaty, get a crazy pump, and feel good! This was one of those sessions. High volume, high reps, and choosing moderate BUT challenging weight loads for each set.
