The glutes, quads, and hamstrings are going to be pumped after you do this. This workout is a perfect combination to ensure your entire lower body gets worked evenly and effectively! Some days I just want to go in the gym, smash an awesome workout, get sweaty, get a crazy pump, and feel good! This was one of those sessions.
