Yes I’m cream crackered but I believe without this personal training by thebodymapper and my own personal training,trx,swimming etc I would have been more knackered.
I’m proud of myself to have taken on this journey for a stronger body and mind and self confidence that everything will be ok.
Also not a time to stop as you have to always maintain the body with good food and exercise!
Yes I had fun with you all voting on desserts and who doesn’t love one but at least I know they are shit for you and usually suffer the consequences after eating them 💤💤💤
