Putin presents Lukashenko with Russia’s highest state award in Moscow

Putin has awarded the Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle the First-Called to his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, for contribution to development of partnership and and strengthening ties between the countries, and ‘for great personal contribution’.
