Russian officials meet foreign finalists of nation-wide kids development contest

25 youth from across the globe head to Russia’s premier ARTEK summer camp in Crimea. Out of hundreds of applicants from 30 nations, the finalists of the ‘Big School Break’ International competition are gathered at the sprawling campus on the Russian Black Sea peninsula.
