Dilma Rousseff to chair BRICS’ New Development Bank — Putin

During the press conference following the BRICS Summit, President Putin stated that Dilma Rousseff, former Brazilian president, will head the BRICS’ New Development Bank, as Russia does not want to create obstacles for institutions it wishes to develop.
