Russian FSB arrests man for car bombing

The Russian FSB arrested a man who planted an bomb under the intended victim’s car on orders from Ukrainian special services. Fortunately, no one was injured. The perpetrator is now accused of attempted terror act and illegal trafficking of explosive devices.
