IDF attack on southern Lebanon village kills 23, including 7 children

Local authorities report that five people were killed early Monday in an IDF strike on a small village in southern Lebanon. On Sunday, an attack on another village left at least 23 dead, including seven children. RT’s Steve Sweeney reports from the ground.
