Germany accuses Moscow and Minsk of sending migrants, wants Rwanda to take them

Germany’s migration commissioner has accused Russia and Belarus of waging a hybrid war by allowing refugees to enter Europe. He proposed deporting migrants entering the EU through these countries to Rwanda.
