Venezuela accuses group of 9 nations of presidential election interference

Incumbent Venezuelan President Maduro has been declared the winner in the presidential election with around 80% of the votes counted. However, the race hasn’t been straightforward, with Caracas accusing several Latin American nations of interfering in the electoral process. RT’s Steve Sweeney reports.
