Opposition secures majority in Jammu and Kashmir, BJP takes second place

Vote counting in Jammu and Kashmir is complete, revealing that the alliance of the Indian National Congress and National Conference has secured 42 out of 90 seats and is poised to form a new government. The ruling BJP obtained 29 seats. RT’s Runjhun Sharma reports.
