If the Purpose of Kabbalah and the Purpose of Creation Are the Same, What Does Kabbalah Add?

The wisdom of Kabbalah is a method that leads to a final spiritual goal, and it involves a process of transformation in order for us to realize that goal. Moreover, humanity is in this very process, and everybody will eventually reach that same goal and undergo a process of transformation in order to reach it. What role, then, does Kabbalah play in this process, if humanity is headed to that same goal anyway? The purpose of Kabbalah is to accelerate our progress to that spiritual goal, so that our progress is done consciously, enjoyably, and with more awareness and understanding.
