Fat Joe Remembers Prodigy (FOREVER, MC)

This past Tuesday, just hours after we got the news of Prodigy’s passing, Fat Joe passed through MASS APPEAL HQ for an Open Space interview. Of course we had to take time out to discuss P’s legacy. “Tons of rappers study Mobb Deep,” said Joe. “When you talk about the New York sound, you know, nothing is more authentic and true to the New York sound than Mobb Deep.” It was a blazing hot day in NYC and the Bronx icon was in state of disbelief.
