Playing music that matches catchy hooks with sonic risks has always come naturally to Vancouver, Canada’s Hot Panda. Often described as ’quirky art-rock with a punk rock spirit’, the band draws from any and every influence, playing lo-fi indie pop that is eclectic yet hypnotic, off-kilter yet melodic; and decidedly never the same.
