Emergency evacuation in Japan! A hellish typhoon has hit Kyushu!

Typhoon Shanshan made landfall on the Japanese coast on Thursday with winds of 185 km/h. The island of Kyushu is suffering from hurricane-force winds, heavy rains and dangerous storm surges. The Japan Meteorological Agency has issued a rare emergency warning. A Level 4 evacuation warning is in effect for the entire island of Kyushu, affecting 3.7 million residents. Hundreds of flights have been cancelled and bullet train services have been suspended. Hundreds of thousands of residents are without power. Major companies such as automaker Toyota have closed factories. Three people have been killed and dozens injured due to the typhoon.
