On the one hand, the pop-rockers’ scale and ambition can barely be contained by the stadiums they regularly sell out. For the group behind ubiquitous hits like “Thunder,” “Radioactive,” and “Believer,” success is measured in millions and billions. We saw that up close when we linked up with ID at Conway Studios, where Reynolds, guitarist Wayne Sermon, and bassist Ben McKee created their latest album, ‘LOOM,’ under the guidance of producers Mattman & Robin. “Nice To Meet You” was the final song written for the project, but ultimately became a single. Fans will love seeing this intimate performance of the track; it’s charmingly looser than the recorded version. “It should feel like party,” said Dan in rehearsals.
