Although my inner introvert may enjoy staying at home, I’m pretty down with the situation right now in the Canary Islands. This fire is happening right before my eyes and its quite unbelievable and sad how it’s eating away the green in Tenerife. Hopefully they will manage to get it under control soon, but the location of the fire made it hard to access and easy to spread. This island however has been growing from their ashes ever since it came to be, so I’m hopeful life will grow back. More on this: My heart goes out to the even greater disaster that recently took place in Maui as well as to the many other fires active all around the world right now. When you see it so big and up close, you realize how truly terrifying fire can be, and it’s sad to see how numb we have become to everything we see on media nowadays. 🧡 Special thank you to the best Patreon community ever!
