Reputedly the most beautiful beach in Britain, the remote, wild, and spectacular Sandwood Bay in Kinlochbervie (in the north of Scotland) is backed by huge sand dunes and a loch. There is no direct road access to Sandwood Bay so you’ll have to do the 8-mile (return) relatively easy walk if you want to experience this utterly stunning hidden gem.
