Ingredients:
600g organic lemon
600ml water
400g beet sugar (or whatever you choose)
Instructions:
1. put lemon, sugar and water in a pot. simmer for 15 minutes.
2. let it chill in a fridge.
3. dilute with water. add mint and sliced fresh lemon.
4. Enjoy!
*If you don’t like the bitter taste, remove the white part under the peel.
* I recommend to dilute the lemon syrup with carbonated water or soy milk when you want something different than usual.

「材料」
有機レモン 600g
水 600ml
てんさい糖 400g(甘味料はなんでも良いです。)
「作り方」
1、レモン、てんさい糖、水を鍋で弱火で15分程煮ます。
2、冷蔵庫で冷やします。
3、水で割ってお好みでミントや輪切りのレモンで飾ります。
4、エンジョーイ!
※普通のレモネードに飽きたら炭酸水や豆乳で割っても美味しいですよ。
